Due to an ongoing medical problem, I have decided to retire Loki from any further events and allow him to live out the rest of I hope his long life in comfort in his aviary.
I believe Loki's health and comfort must be my priority.
He will be sorely missed at events as he is quite a remarkable character and charms every audience he has met.

Another visit to Easton C of E school to see familiar friends and faces as usual we had a very enthuiastic afternood talking about Owls and Loki and billy showing off as usual.

Loki and I visited both of these Nurseries to be greeted by a super group of enthuiastic children. Loki behaved himself and he had numerous photos of him taken during our visits.

Lyn, I, and the Owls had three great days with the staff and visitors at Aerospace Bristol. Due to the large number of attendees, we even put on extra talks, as the room was totally full!

Lyn I and our birds had a wonderful afternoon with Wren and her family and friends at her Harry Potter-themed party. She enjoyed holding Loki and Billy and Loki also flew to her despite very gusty winds at times

We Have been busy over 2023 and the start of 2024.
School visits, Wizarding Potion classes, British Aerospace, Telligo groups, Ladies groups, Nursing and Care homes, and many others on all occasions both we and the client have enjoyed our visit.
I have not been putting up many news items as we are not allowed to take any photographs in most locations. Therefore, news will be a bit empty but we are still out there visiting our clients.

Lyn and I had a cold but pleasant Owl Prowl at Says Court farm. Sadly no wild owls were seen and due to Avian Flu restrictions, we were not able to bring along Loki our Barn Owl to show him off up close and personal. The pellet dissections went well and a lot of interest was shown in dissecting the pellets and identifying the bones. However, all who attended enjoyed themselves and now know more about owls than they did before!

OwlOccasions made a return visit to Chipping Sodbury Brownies last visited pre-Covid. The evening went very well and the birds behaved very well and were enjoyed by all present.

The OwlOccasions team had a very successful Photoshoot for Reece's birthday present from Ayesha lots of photos were taken and the autumnal weather was kind but just a bit windy

As usual, Middy was in attendance at the Manor Hall for the Potions class held on the 24th of September and 29th of October and will be visiting again on the 26th of November and 22nd of December. Harry Potter fans always enjoy her attendance for a photo opportunity
