Owl Prowl with Avon Wildlife Trust

Lyn and I had a cold but pleasant Owl Prowl at Says Court farm. Sadly no wild owls were seen and due to Avian Flu restrictions, we were not able to bring along Loki our Barn Owl to show him off up close and personal. The pellet dissections went well and a lot of interest was shown in dissecting the pellets and identifying the bones. However, all who attended enjoyed themselves and now know more about owls than they did before!
